Are student brains wired differently due to how they have grown to assimilate knowledge in a digital age?
As I was reading the key findings from the ECARS study on students and IT, they cited an article called Digital Natives and Digital Immigrants . After some googling I found it and also 2 follow-ups : part 2 and a rebuttal. I find this quite fascinating and can see how this perspective could influence how we teach to day students.
